Digital Transformation for Oil & Gas Operators and Contractors

We help oil and gas operators and their contractors in Oman and the GCC automate permits, contractor invoices and site reports, and turn maintenance data into predictions that reduce unplanned downtime and operating costs.

Oil and gas remains a pillar of Oman's and the wider GCC economy, and every hour of downtime carries a real cost. Yet much of the back-office work still runs on email and spreadsheets: contractor invoices, service orders, daily site reports and tracking of local-content (ICV) obligations.

Our approach to oil and gas digital transformation targets that practical layer. We simplify the procedure, automate the paperwork through document automation, connect field systems to finance through systems integration, and turn maintenance data into predictive analytics so teams can act before equipment fails.

Challenges we see in this sector

Contractor invoices stuck in review

Hundreds of invoices arrive monthly in different formats and are matched by hand to POs and service tickets, delaying payments and straining contractor relationships.

Paper or scattered field reports

Daily site reports and HSE logs live on paper or separate files, arrive late and are hard to consolidate into one view for management.

Reactive maintenance after failure

Despite sensor and maintenance data, most maintenance is still reactive, causing unplanned stoppages and rushed spare-parts orders.

Manual tracking of local content and compliance

ICV, Omanisation and local procurement data are gathered manually from several sources before every periodic report.

What we automate and improve

  • Automated contractor invoice matching

Read invoices and service sheets automatically, three-way match them to PO and receipt, and route only discrepancies for review.

    Document Automation
  • Digital site reports with approval workflow

Mobile forms that work with weak connectivity, capture reports and photos, and route them automatically to the supervisor for sign-off.

    Workflow Automation
  • Predictive maintenance for critical equipment

Machine-learning models that read sensor data and failure history to warn teams before a likely failure and schedule maintenance at the right time.

    Predictive Analytics
  • Linking maintenance, inventory and finance systems

Integrate the asset-management system with the ERP so work orders and spare parts flow into costs without double entry.

    Systems Integration
  • AI agent for technical procedure search

An internal assistant that answers engineers from approved operating manuals and safety procedures, citing the source, in Arabic or English.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with operators or with service companies and contractors?
Both. Operators usually need invoice-matching automation and predictive analytics, while contractors and service companies need faster invoicing, site reporting and local-content reporting. In either case we start with a short assessment that identifies the processes with the highest return and the fastest delivery.
Does predictive maintenance require new sensors?
Not necessarily. Many facilities already hold enough data in monitoring systems and maintenance logs. We assess that data first, build a pilot model on a small set of critical equipment, and recommend extra sensors only when the analysis shows they would genuinely improve prediction accuracy.
How do you protect sensitive operational data?
We design solutions to run inside the company's environment or on a private cloud, and keep operational networks separate from office systems in line with the client's security policies. No data leaves the agreed environment, and access rights and audit logs are kept for every user and every bot.
