Document automation works in both directions: generating outgoing documents automatically, and capturing data from incoming ones.
Generating documents from approved templates
We turn contracts, letters and quotations into smart templates filled automatically from your systems: customer name, amounts, clauses, dates. One approved version of each template, in Arabic and English, with right-to-left text and numerals handled correctly.
For fixed-layout invoices and forms — recurring suppliers' invoices or standard internal forms — we extract the required fields, match them to purchase orders and post them to accounting. Anything that doesn't match goes to a person for review.
Signature and filing
Each document follows a clear e-signature and approval route, then is filed automatically in the right place with consistent naming and metadata that make search and audit easy.
When do you need AI?
Rule-based document automation works well when documents are structured and look alike. When invoice layouts vary across hundreds of suppliers, scans are of mixed quality, documents are handwritten or need the text to be understood, AI-based intelligent document processing is the better fit. We assess your documents and recommend the right approach — often a combination.
Simplify before automating
First we consolidate templates, cut the number of versions and sometimes agree a standard invoice format with key suppliers. That simple step lifts capture accuracy considerably.
Connected to the rest of the process
A document is part of a bigger process: we link it to workflow automation for approvals, systems integration to pull and push data, and RPA bots to key it into legacy systems.
