We build an Arabic chatbot on modern language models that understands questions the way your customers actually type them, and answers only from your own content. It's part of our AI solutions, and we always simplify the customer journey before automating it.
Understands MSA and Gulf dialects
We test the bot on real customer messages (with personal data masked), including Omani and Gulf dialects, common misspellings and mixed Arabic-English text. Together we agree an acceptable accuracy level before launch.
Answers from your approved content
The bot draws on a knowledge base we build from your policies, prices, product guides and FAQs, so it doesn't invent answers. When it can't find one, it says so plainly and hands over.
We connect the bot to the official WhatsApp Business Platform and your website, with one place to manage content and reports. It can handle simple requests such as booking an appointment, tracking an order or logging a complaint by connecting to your systems, or pass more complex work to AI agents.
Smooth handover to people
When a customer asks for a person, the topic is sensitive, or the bot's confidence drops, the conversation moves to your team with a clear summary. The customer doesn't repeat themselves; your agent picks up where the bot left off.
Measure and improve
We track automatic resolution rate, handover rate, response time and customer satisfaction, and refresh the knowledge base monthly. Conversation storage and retention follow Oman's Personal Data Protection Law. If customers send documents in chat, we connect them to intelligent document processing, and conversation data can feed predictive analytics. See also our Arabic WhatsApp chatbot guide.
Realistic targets
Early pilots typically aim for the bot to resolve 30–50% of repetitive questions with no human involvement, with instant 24/7 replies. That share grows as we add content based on what customers actually ask. Just as important, your team is freed for the conversations that need real expertise and empathy.
