Retail Digital Transformation: Sharper Inventory, Faster Service

We help retail chains and e-commerce businesses in Oman and the GCC connect stores and online channels to inventory, automate supplier invoices, serve customers on WhatsApp and forecast demand to reduce stock-outs and overstock.

Shoppers in the GCC now move between store, website, delivery apps and WhatsApp within a single purchase. When those channels don't talk to each other, the familiar problems follow: an item shown as available online but out of stock in the warehouse, inconsistent prices, and a customer-care team answering the same questions by hand every day.

Our retail automation work starts by unifying data through systems integration, then automating repetitive back-office work such as supplier invoices with RPA, and adding predictive analytics to buying decisions, alongside Arabic customer care on WhatsApp.

Challenges we see in this sector

Inventory out of sync across channels

Stock on the website and delivery apps is updated manually or in late batches, so out-of-stock items get sold and orders are cancelled.

Hundreds of supplier invoices a month

Accounts teams match supplier invoices to POs and goods receipts by hand, delaying payments and missing early-payment discounts.

Repetitive questions on WhatsApp and social

Order status, size availability, return policy: the same questions hundreds of times, with slow replies during sales and seasons.

Buying decisions based on gut feel

Order quantities are set by experience alone, leading to stock-outs in peak seasons such as Ramadan and Eid and excess stock afterwards.

    Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Arabic customer care on WhatsApp

A chatbot that answers order status, returns and availability from live system data, and passes complaints to staff with full context.

    Arabic Chatbots
  • Store-level demand forecasting

Models that account for seasons, occasions and promotions to suggest order quantities per product and store.

    Predictive Analytics

Frequently asked questions

Do we need a new ERP before we start?
Usually not. We work with the systems you already have, whether a local POS, a well-known ERP or an off-the-shelf e-commerce platform. We connect them through APIs or bots, and only recommend replacement when the current system genuinely blocks growth.
Does the chatbot understand Gulf Arabic?
Yes. We design the assistant to understand Gulf dialect, MSA and English, including the mix customers actually type. We test it on anonymised real conversations from your store before launch, and review its performance regularly afterwards to improve answers and add new questions.
When will we see results from demand forecasting?
Models typically need one to two years of sales history to capture seasonality. We pilot on a single product category, compare the model's suggestions with actual buying decisions over a full season, and scale up once results show a clear improvement in stock-outs and overstock.
